You may actually spend less out-of-pocket money on our services at Premier Imaging because of our status as a freestanding imaging center and due in part to the way we bill. All you have to do is request that your physician refer you here.

We will work with most major insurance companies to file your claims, but if you are unsure of your coverage, contact your insurance company for specific information about your policy. If you have further questions after speaking with your insurance company, please contact us at 336-801-5800.

To make your appointment more convenient, we provide downloadable forms (to the right on this page) that you can fill out prior to your visit. That way, you do not need to worry about paperwork when you arrive. And you don’t have to check out upon completion of your test. Just another way we try to make things easier for you.
